Why placer food bank?

In Placer county, more people are going hungry due to the effects of COVID. Our goal at Pleasant Grove is to help our neighbors get back on their feet. We selected Placer Food Bank because of their great reputation and success in getting food out to the hungry. Placer Food Bank is an affiliate of Feeding America and has been feeding our community since 1970 and has grown to be the leading advocate and food distributor for hunger-relief in El Dorado, Nevada and Placer Counties.
