By filling out and signing the form below, you hereby give notice that you will VACATE your Storage Space at PLEASANT GROVE SELF STORAGE, 7101 Galilee Road, Roseville, CA 95678 on the date you specify in the form. PLEASANT GROVE SELF STORAGE may assume anything in my Storage Space after said the date is abandoned by me and may dispose of any items left at their sole discretion and in any manner they choose. There will be a minimum $50.00 disposal fee assessed for items left in the space. It is understood there are NO REFUNDS OF THE CURRENT MONTH’S RENT. However, as a courtesy, we will prorate your rent if the request is made ten [10] days prior to your rental due date. One prorate request will be granted. Should the prorate date be exceeded, another full month's rent will be due and payable.
